Step 1 - Click on the link below and fill out the appropriate information and submit it.

Step 2 - You will receive an emailed confirmation.  Please open the email and select either the red button on the top that says “modify booking”, or scroll further down and select the red button that says “get the app”. (Our experience so far is that this is easier via web browser than the app.)

Step 3 - Open your reservation using one of the methods above and attach your credit card to the reservation.  Be sure the dates of your stay are correct. You can also prepay if you wish. From here, for any modifications or cancelations you will need to reach out to Dr. Katie Frugé via e-mail. [katie.fruge[at]texasbaptists.org]

(Please be aware that non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled after the cut-off date and that the hotel will not be reaching out to you beforehand so it is imperative that you ensure that your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card.)
